Mortar couplings function as lever couplings, ensuring a secure connection. However, they are not compatible with standard couplings. The connection follows a simple principle: the female and male parts, made from malleable cast iron or steel, are locked together by two handles for enhanced stability (except for Type 25, which utilizes a single-handed operation).

It is important to note that there are two different measuring systems used in the market, specifically 22 and 23.5. This product utilizes System 22, but System 23.5 is available upon request. The working pressure of these couplings is rated at 50 bar.
