Concrete Floor Sealer/Primer
Concrete Floor Primer and Sealer is a single pack clear paint designed for application on bare concrete surfaces exposed to light to medium foot traffic. This versatile product serves two primary functions:
- Concrete Primer: This product can be applied to bare concrete after proper preparation to enhance intercoat adhesion, making it ideal for subsequent topcoat applications.
- Concrete Sealer: It effectively seals bare concrete, preventing dusting and enhancing durability. For optimal results, especially if no colored topcoat is applied, it is recommended to use two coats.
Note: The product is not a translucent clear due to the natural coloring of the resin, which gives it a slight yellow tinge.
New 3 In 1 Formulation
NEW 3 IN 1 TECHNOLOGY: This innovative solution primes, seals, and protects with just two coats, eliminating the need for separate primer or sealer products. The floor and garage paint effectively primes, seals, and protects your concrete surfaces in one easy application.
