Overview

The Premium food and drink hose assembly is highly respected in the Food and Drink sector. It is an extremely flexible hose that provides exceptional ease of handling to the food, brewery, dairy, and beverage industries. This hose can transfer liquids such as fruit juice, wine, cider, beer, vinegar, alcohol up to 96%, and drinking water. Note: Not suitable for fatty foodstuffs and oils.

Construction

The hose is constructed with an FDA-approved smooth seamless white NR liner, making it resistant to detergents used in hose sterilization. The outer cover is made of non-marking NR blue rubber, offering excellent resistance to abrasion, ozone, and chemicals used in cleaning processes.

Length and Couplings

This hose can be supplied in continuous lengths up to 40m but is mostly provided in bespoke assemblies. We offer assemblies with the following coupling types in 316 stainless steel:

  • Triclover/Tricclamp style
  • IDF
  • DIN
  • SMS

All assemblies are 100% pressure tested and supplied with individual identification and test certificates.

  • Non-marking abrasion-resistant cover.
  • Contains no Phthalate.
