The quick-drying nature leaves a smooth finish and provides a durable protective coating to the underlying substrate, making it ideal for both external and internal applications. As this is a quick drying product, it can only be applied over other quick drying primers and top coat paints. If applied over slower drying existing paint, it may attack it.
